How do you explain the feeling of love? Someone or something that makes you feel at ease and a level of comfort like none other.

What do you believe in? The power of manifestation, though manifestation comes with hard work, set your mind to it and climb!

Where is your favourite place? The surf coast of Victoria, besides the ocean the rugged landscape and feeling of freedom hits home.

What do you eat for breakfast? Eggs on toast with butter, with a side of avocado, topped with chilli!

Any reminders to your future self? Stay active, I couldn’t think of life without movement.

Your greatest pleasure? Laughing with the family, nothing beats a moment when the kids are laughing their heads off along with my wife and I, it’s pure joy!

OTHER

How do you find serenity? Through exercise, however this comes in many forms, whether that be solo sessions at the gym, running or surfing, equally family walks and hikes!

Do you have a favourite time of day? I have always said that I enjoy sunsets, the colours, the soft feeling of the day coming to a close, it comes with a peaceful feeling.
