Refund policy
This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from www.compartmento.com.au (“Site”). It operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including (but not limited to) ordering the wrong item, deciding you no longer want the item, or finding the item cheaper elsewhere. If you contact us quickly and your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, unsafe, or don’t do what they’re meant to do. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (and/or video if helpful), including packaging where relevant. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a fault or our error, we will provide a remedy in line with ACL requirements (repair, replacement, or refund) and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (or other ACL remedies), we cover reasonable return shipping costs as required. If a return is requested for a reason not covered by ACL (including change of mind), we do not accept the return and no refund is available. To make a return request, email accounts@compartmento.com.au with your order number, reason for request, and photos/video (if damaged, faulty, or incorrect). If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
