How do you take your coffee? A full fat flat white.

A game-changing purchase you made? A big comfy couch, and comfy dining room chairs so people can sit and enjoy a meal, a tea, or a piece of cake and chat for hours.

What have you known for a long time? Shortcuts rarely work.

OTHER

Most unforgettable dish? A blue cheese dessert parfait with salted caramel and peanut butter. Who would have thought.

What makes you uncomfortable? Silence.

What is under-rated? Staying in on Saturday night.
